Throughout my career, I’ve led both simple and complex HR functions, built high performing teams across multiple local and global organisations. I formed part of multiple mentorship and coaching programmes and supported individuals through moments of transition, growth and self discovery.

My work is grounded in psychology, human resources, emotional intelligence and my training as a Neuro Linguistic Coach. I bring a deeply human, intuitive and practical approach to career development, shaped by my belief that “if you can see it, you can be it.” Years of designing experiential learning programmes and administering corporate graduate programmes, have taught me how powerful it is when people truly understand their strengths, passions and potential.

As a Career Coach, I am passionate about guiding individuals, both early and transitioning career professionals to make confident, values aligned decisions about their studies and career paths. My coaching style blends structured assessments, reflective conversations and practical planning tools to build clarity, self awareness and future readiness blending in fun along the way.
